I use my PC a significant amount of time and began developing pain from my left wrist all the way past my elbow. I was concerned that I may have to seek medical treatment and may not be able to continue working on my computer. But before resorting to seeing a doctor, I decided to give this wrist rest a try. It's very comfortable, like one of those foam mattresses for the body, and the pain in my left wrist and elbow diminished significantly soon after. In fact I don't usually even think about it now. Previously, I tried one of those hard plastic wrist rests which also does the same thing but the gel one is so much more comfortable. I enthusiatically recommend it.

I used this to add comfort at my computer. For elbows when reading and wrists when writing. This product was poor for both. Too stiff and deep impressions were left in it after use. I had to return it.
